Let Gagan receive Rs. $x$.
then Sachin receive one fifth of Gagan $=\frac{x}{5}$
Rohit receive twice of Sachin $=\frac{2x}{5}$
$\Rightarrow x+\frac{x}{5}+\frac{2x}{5}=1000$
$\Rightarrow \frac{5x+x+2x}{5}=1000$
$\Rightarrow 8x=1000\times 5$
$\Rightarrow x=\frac{5000}{8}=625$
