$\text{Fraction of milk in bowl =}\frac{3}{7}$
$\text{Fraction of milk and chocos =}\frac{12}{14}$

∴ Fraction of chocos
= Fraction of milk and chocos - Fraction milk
$=\frac{12}{14}-\frac{3}{7}$

Here, among the denominators 14 and 7, 7 is the factor of 14.

$\therefore \frac{3}{7}$ = $\frac{3\times 2}{7\times 2}=\frac{6}{14}$

$\text{So, fraction of chocos =}\frac{12}{14}-\frac{6}{14}$
$=\frac{6}{14}$
