Solution

The correct option is C

12

Given : The ratio of black and blue balls is 5 : 6

Let the number of black balls = 5x and the number of blue balls = 6x

Number of green balls = 5x + 10

According to the question - 5x + 6x + 5x + 10 = 42

16x = 42 - 10 = 32

x = 3216 = 2

The number of blue balls = 6x = 6×2 = 12
