Ratio of pencil : sketch pen : ink pens
$5 : 8 : 3$
Suppose No. of pencil = 5x
sketch = 8x
ink pens = 3x
Number of sketch pen is 12 more than
the Number of pencil
$8 x = 5 x + 12$
$8 x - 5 x = 12$
$3 x = 12$
$x = 4$
Number of ink pens = 3x
$= 3 \times 4$
$= 12$ Answer.
