Length of big box $=48cm$

Breadth of big box $=30cm$

and, Height of big box $=20cm$

Length of small box $=15cm$

Breath of small box $=6cm$

and, Height of small box $=4cm$

Now,

No. of small boxes arranged $=\frac{volumeofbigboxes}{Volumeofsmallboxes}$

$=\frac{48\times 30\times 20}{15\times 6\times 4}$

$=8\times 2\times 5$

[Divide $48$ by $6$, $30$ by $15$ and $20$ by $5$ we get,$8,2$ and $5$ respectively]

Hence,

The total no. of small boxes arranged $80.$
