Here,
Initial velocity, u = 0 m/s
Final velocity, v = 10 m/s
Time taken, t = 5 s
From the first equation of motion,
v = u + at
a = vut
a = 1005
⇒ a = 2 m/s2
From Newton’s second law, F = ma Here, m = 2 kg
⇒ F = 2 ✕ 2 = 4 N
