The correct option is C 48250 kg
The weight of the whale = 50000 kg
The weight of one boy = 35 kg
Therefore, the weight of 50 such boys equals $50 \times 35 kg = 1750 kg.$

Hence, the difference in the weights of the whale and the 50 boys is
50000 kg - 1750 kg = 48250 kg.
