Let height of the tree =h
Given, distance AB=70 m
and angle of elevation B=60,3=1.73
In right angled ABT, we have
tanB=ATAB
tan60=h70
3=h70
h=70×3
=70×1.73
=121.10 m
height of the tree =121.10 m.
