Net work done = Force x Net Displacement

Net displacement= 20(straight path)+20(straight path)+ 10(diameter of circle because the net displacement during 1.5 turns will be equal to the diameter of circle).
Work done = 8 x ( 20+20+10)
=8 x 50
= 400J
