Let vb be the velocity of the boy relative to the escalator and ve be the velocity of the escalator. Then, the relative velocity of the boy with respect to the ground in the moving escalator is (vb+ve).
If l is the length of the escalator, then
lvb=90, lve=60, lvb+ve=t

1t=vb+vel=vbl+vel=190+160

1t=60+9090×60=15090×60=136

t=36 s
