Let the number be $x$
From the above condition
$\frac{x}{8} + \frac{x}{12} = 5 + \frac{x}{5}$
$\frac{5 x}{24} = 5 + \frac{x}{5} ⟹ \frac{x}{120} = 5 ⟹ x = 600$
