Probability that the target being hit = 14
Probability that the target won't be hit = 114 = 34
Here, four missiles are fired.
Probability that the target is being hit atleast once
= 1 - Probability that all the four targets won't be hit
= 1 - (34×34×34×34)
= 1 - (34)4
= 1 - (81256)
= 175256
The required probability is 175256.
