The correct option is D 25 W bulb will glow more brightly
Using P=V2/R the resistance of 25 W bulb is R25=220225=1936Ω and resistance of 100 W bulb is R100=2202100=484Ω

When they are connected in series , the same current I flow through each bulb and power , P=I2R or PR

Since R25>R100 ,so 25 W bulb will glow more brightly.
