$\therefore \sqrt{\frac{2\left(H\right)}{10}}\times {10}^3=100$

$10\sqrt{\frac{H}{5}}=1$

$\frac{H}{5}=\frac{1}{100}$

$H=\frac{5}{100}m=5cm$ above.
