From conservation of energy, the whole kinetic energy is changed in thermal energy.

12mv2=mSΔT+mL

12v2=SΔT+L

12v2=S(47525)+L

v2=2(450S+L)

v=2(450S+L)

v=(900S+2L)

Thus velocity relation with specific heat and latent heat of fusion is determined.
