The correct option is B 220m/sec
If block raises to height of 0.1m K.E of block after the bullet passes through it
at lowest point =mgh

12mv2=mgh

v=2gh

=2×9.8×0.1

=1.96=1.4m/s

Using momentum conservation,

0.01×500=1.4×2+0.01×v

52.8=0.01×v

v=220m/s
