The correct option is B $60\text{km/hr}$

From the figure we can see that the route $A$ is the shortest route. Hence the displacement of bus while going from Delhi to Lucknow is,
$\Delta S=480\text{km}$
$\Rightarrow {\text{velocity}}_{\text{Avg}}=\frac{\Delta S}{\Delta t}$
$\Rightarrow {\text{velocity}}_{\text{Avg}}=\frac{480\text{km}}{8\text{hr}}$
$\therefore {\text{velocity}}_{\text{Avg}}=60\text{km/hr}$
