Equivalent stress
$(σ_{e}) = \sqrt{σ_{b}^{2} + σ_{b r}^{2} + σ_{b} \times σ_{b r} + 3 q^{2}}$

where,
$σ_{b} = bending stress$
$σ_{b r} = bearing stress$
$q = shear stress$

$\Rightarrow σ_{e} = \sqrt{(100)^{2} + (210)^{2} + 100 \times 210 + 3 \times 80^{2}}$

$= 307.08 M P a$
