distance between the plates (d)=5 cm
Conduction current (Ic)=0.15 A

The capacitance is given by :-

C=ε0Ad=ε0πr2d

C=8.85×1012×π×(12×102)25×102

C=8×1012 F

Charge on each plate of the capacitor is q=CV

Where, V is the potential difference between the plates

Ic=dqdt=ddt(CV)=CdVdt

dVdt=IcC=0.158×1012

dVdt=1.87×1010 V/s
