The correct option is D $P_{A} = P_{C} > P_{B}$
As $A$ and $C$ are at the same level inside the liquid, thus the pressure must be equal at these points i.e $P_{A} = P_{C}$
Also pressure at C $P_{C} = P_{B} + ρ g h$ where $ρ$ is the density of the liquid
$∴$ $P_{B} < P_{C}$
$⟹$ $P_{B} < P_{A} = P_{C}$
