The correct option is B 80 km/hr towards west
We know that negative of a vector has the same magnitude but the opposite direction. So the second car having velocity v will have same speed (magnitude) as that of first car which is 80 km/hr, but the direction will be opposite. So the direction of the second car will be towards west, opposite to that of first car.
