By the free body diagram of the mass
Hence from the figure,
We know that,
Tsinθ=mv2r ...(i)
and
Tcosθ=mg ....(ii)

From (i) and (ii),

TsinθTcosθ=mv2r×1mg

tanθ=v2rg

Given that, r=10 m
v=10 m/s
g=10 m/s2

tanθ=10210×10=1
θ=45

Hence option C is the correct answer
