Average velocity is equal to the change in total displacement divided by total time taken. Total displacement is equal to the area under the velocity-time graph.

Displacement s=12×10×4+10×4+12×10×(4+8)+12×20×8+12×20×4

Average velocity, v=st
=16070 =167m/s
