As car is moving with uniform speed. So, speed remain constant through out the journey.

Given that,
Distance = 200 km
Time = 4 hours

$S p e e d = \frac{D i s t a n c e}{T i m e}$ ......[1 Mark]
$S p e e d = \frac{200}{4}$
$S p e e d = 50 \frac{k m}{h o u r}$ .......[1 Mark]

$∵ D i s t a n c e = S p e e d \times T i m e$ ......[1 Mark]
$D i s t a n c e = 50 \times 3.5$
$D i s t a n c e = 175 k m$ .....[1 Mark]
