The correct option is C9.5ms−2 Given : r=50 m at=8m/s2v=16m/s
Centripetal acceleration ar=v2r=(16)250=5.12m/s2
∴ Total acceleration a=√a2r+a2t=√(5.12)2+82=√90.2=9.5m/s2
