1. Using the equations of motion :

v = u + at
v² = u² + 2as

where v = Final velocity
u = Initial velocity
a = acceleration
t = time and s = distance

2. For acceleration,

a = $\frac{v-u}{t}=\frac{90-30}{5}=\frac{60}{5}=12m{s}^{-2}$

3. For distance,

s = $\frac{v^2-u^2}{2a}=\frac{(90{)}^2-(30{)}^2}{2\left(12\right)}=600m$
