The correct option is C 5000 N
We know that, the net force Fnet=manet.
Here the car is moving in the circular path and hence there will be two type of acceleration, tangential and centripetal acceleration which are perpendicular to each other.

Hence the net acceleration
anet=(v2rg)2+(aT)2, it is given that the speed is increasing at the rate of 3 m/s2, so aT=3 m/s2.

Hence the net force,
Fnet=manet=m(v2rg)2+(aT)2
Fnet=1000(1600400)2+32=10316+9
Fnet=5000 N

Hence option 'c' is the correct answer
