Since to calculate velocity we take displacement, and displacement is the shortest distance travelled which is same as distance travelled by the flight.

(Average Velocity)_flight = 150/0.5 = 300 $\frac{km}{hr}$

(Average Speed)_car= 400/4 = 100 $\frac{km}{hr}$

(Average Velocity)_car = 150/4 = 37.5 $\frac{km}{hr}$
