Let the actual speed be x km/hr.

Now, speed = $\frac{2}{3}x$ , $D=150km$, time = $3hrs+\frac{45}{60}hrs$

$=3+\frac{3}{4}=\frac{15}{4}hrs$

$\therefore D=s\times t$

$150=\frac{2}{3}x\times \frac{15}{4}$ $5x=300$

$\therefore x=60km/hrs$
