(a) how much time is required to cover $60km$ with the same speed ?
(b) the distance covered in $5$ hours with the same speed.

$Speed=\frac{Distance}{time}$

$Speed=\frac{210}{3.5}=60km/hr$

$a).$ Time required to cover $60km$ with the same speed = $\frac{Distance}{Time}=\frac{60}{60}=1hr.$

$b)$. Distance covered in $5hrs$ with same speed = $Time\times Speed$

$=5hrs\times 60km/hr$

$=300km$
