A car travels a distance of 200 km from Delhi to Ambala towards North in 5 hours. Calculate (I)speed (ii)veloc vel of the car for this journey.

Speed = Distance/Time = 200km/5hrs = 40km per hour.

Velocity = Displacement/time = 200/5hrs = 40km/hr.

Speed and velocity is same here as the distance and displacement are equal.
