The correct option is B 48 kmph
Time for first part =t1=3060hr=0.5hr=30 min

Time for second part =t2=3040hr=0.75hr=45 min

total time =t1+t2=(30+45)min=75 min=7560hr=1.25hr

And total distance =s1+s2=(30+30)km=60km

So, average speed =s1+s2t1+t2=601.25kmph=48 kmph
