The correct option is C FB
According to the diagram, forces applying on the tyres are FC (friction force ) to move it forward and FA(centripetal force) directed to centre.
By the triangle rule of vectors, resultant force FR on the tyres will be directed in between these two forces FC and FA and we can see FB represent it best.
