Relation between celcius scale and fahrenheat scale is F = 9/5C + 32
let reading in celcius scale be x
then reading in farenheat will be 3x
therefore 3x=(9/5)x+32
solving this we will get x=26.666
therefor the temperature of hot bath =26.66 degree celcius
or 80 farenheat
