Solution

The correct option is C 100 DNA & 100 chromosomes
The number of chromosomes are equal to the number of functional centromere. The number of chromatids are equal to the number of DNA molecules. During prophase, the number of DNA are 100 units and the number of chromsomes are 50 units. During metaphase, number of chromosomes will be 50 units and number of DNA will be 100. During anaphase, the chromatids sepearate from each other. Hence, the number of DNA will be 100 only and number of chromosomes will be 100.
Hence, the correct answer is '100 DNA & 100 chromosomes.'
