Given:
I=1A and R=5Ω
So, ε=I(R+r) ....(1)
also I=0.6A and R=10Ω
So, ε=I(R+r) ....(2)
Both equation (1) and (2) are equal, therefore
I(R+r)=I(R+r)IR+Ir=IR+Irr=IRIRIIr=0.6×101×510.6=104r=2.5Ω
