Given, $h = 25 cm, w = 3.5 m/lane$
$A_{s} = \frac{b f h γ}{100 σ_{s}} = \frac{3.5 \times 1.5 \times 2400 \times 25}{100 \times 1400} = 2.25 {cm}^{2} / m$
