The correct option is B 24 N
Speed of the wheel is constant that means angular velocity (ω) is constant and angular acceleration α=0
Net torque on the wheel must be zero about its centre of mass.
i.e τnet=0
Considering anticlockwise sense of rotation to be +ve :
(F1R2)+F2R1=0
[torques are in opposite directions]
(F1×5)+(F2×30)=0
Substituting F2=4 N,
F1=30×45=24 N
