The mass of the first isotope( m1) = 69

The percentage of the first isotope( p1) = 60

The mass of the second isotope (m2) = 71

The percentage of the second isotope (p2) = 40

Then, the average atomic mass of the element X

=m1×p1+m2×p2100

=60×69+71×40100=69.8
