Electric field due to a point charge qi at position ri in vector form is expressed as
Ei=kqr3iri

Here,
r1=(30)^i+(10)^j+(10)^k=3^i+^j+^k
& r1=32+12+12=11 m

r2=(32)^i+(10)^j+(10)^k=1^i+1^j+1^k
& r2=12+12+12=3 m

Thus, electric fields due to the charges are,
E1=k×109113/2[3^i+^j+^k]
E2=k×Q33/2[^i+^j+^k]

According to the given condition, Ex=0
Ex1+Ex2=0
3k×109113/2=k×Q33/2
