The correct option is A 5 V

$Q_{net}=2-1=1\mu C.$ Charge $=\frac{1}{2}\mu C$ will appear on each side of the plate as illustrated in the Figure.

$\therefore V=\frac{Q_{net}/2}{C}=\frac{0.5}{0.1}=5V$
