A charge of 5 $μ$ C is placed at the center of a square ABCD of side 10 cm. Find the work done (in $μ$ J) in moving a charge of 1 $μ$ C from A to B.

For a square ABCD, $O A = O B = O C = O D = r$
As charge $5 μ C$ is placed on center O so every point A,B,C and D have same potential $V = 5 k / r$ .
Thus potential difference $(d V)$ between A and B will be zero.
Work done $W = q d V = 1 (0) = 0$
