Fmagnetic=0 ; Felectric=Eq

Net force on the particle will be zero i.e., Felectric=Fmagnetic

Hence, the charge particle moves in an undeflected manner.

(iii) When vB but E is not v

Fmagnetic=0 but Felectric=Eq

Hence, charge particle drifted along the E.
