Mass of block =0.1kg

Step 2: Calculate the work done,

Total work done change in kinetic energy and change in potential energy. As there is no motion, thus, change in kinetic energy is zero.

The potential energy is :

P.E=mghP.Eblock1=0.1×10×0=0JP.Eblock2=0.1×10×2100=0.02JP.Eblock3=0.1×10×4100=0.04J

Thus, the total potential energy is,

TotalP.E=0+0.02+0.04=0.06J
