Solution

The correct option is C Three hundred and eighty
Solution:
Given, a chocolate box has 5 compartments with 10 chocolates in each compartment.
So, the number of chocolates packed in one chocolate box = 5 tens = 50
Amy prepares 5 such chocolate boxes.
Therefore, the number of chocolates packed in 5 chocolate boxes
= (50 + 50 + 50 + 50 + 50) chocolates = 250 chocolates

Given, Amy is left with 130 chocolates after packing 5 chocolate boxes.
So, the total number of chocolates Amy had = (250 + 130) chocolates

250 + 130 = 380 = 300 + 80 = three hundred and eighty
Thus, the total number of chocolates Amy had in total is three hundred and eighty.
