As the centre is (0,0) and (5,0) is on the circle. Therefore the radius of the circle is 5 units.
Distance between (6,8) and centre of the circle = (60)2+(80)2=62+82=100=10units.

Since the distance between (6,8) and centre of the circle is greater than 5 units, the point (6,8) lies outside the circle.
