The centre of the circle is at (0, 0) and (5, 0) lies on the circle.
So, the radius of the circle = |5 0| = 5 units.
Distance between (6, 8) and centre of the circle = (60)2+(80)2=62+82=100=10 units.

So, the distance between (6, 8) and centre of the circle is greater than radius of the circle.
Hence, the point (6, 8) lies outside the circle.
