x2a2+y2b2=1,a>b>0
the circle :x2+y2=a2b2
2a=17a=172
Since
a2b2y2a2+y2b2=1|y|=b2a2b2
we have
30=12×2o2b2×b2a2b2b=30
Thus, the answer is
2a2b2=2(172)230=13
