The area of the cutter out circle $=\pi r^{2}c{m}^2=\pi \times 2^{2}c{m}^2=3.14\times 4c{m}^2=12.56c{m}^2$

$\therefore$ leftover aluminum sheet area$=36-12.56$

$\therefore$ leftover aluminum sheet area$=23.44c{m}^2$
