y=mx+7m2+3

equation of tangent of ellipse

y=mx±21+m2
Equating equation
(i) and (ii)

mx+7m2+3=mx±21+m2

Squaring both sides

(7m2+3)=4(1+m2)

7m2+34+4m2
3m2=1
m2=13
m=±13
m=tanθ=13
